Interaktives Wandbild auf dem 39th Chaos Communications Congress (39C3).
Messehallen Hamburg, 27.–30.12.2025
Neben dem umfangreichen Vortragsprogramm zu Technik, Gesellschaft und Utopien gab es auf dem 4-tägigen Hacker-Kongress mit »art&play« in Halle H einen eigenen Bereich für Kunstprojekte und Workshops. Eines der interaktiven Projekte war eine 6x6m große Wandfläche, die jeden Tag für mindestens drei Stunden von Teilnehmenden weitergemalt wurde. Das Ergebnis enthält viele Referenzen zu Inhalten und Themen des Kongresses, des veranstaltenden Chaos Computer Clubs (CCC) und zu den beteiligten Kollektiven.
Ankündigung des Wandbilds im 39C3 Programm
FeministCityUtopiaPowerCycle- Kollektive, feministisch basierte, partizipative Wand/Raum-Malerei im Großformat. Eine abstrakte Hausfassade wird zur gemeinschaftlichen Leinwand: Besuchende gestalten einzelne Bereiche und erschaffen so ein unvorhersehbares Kunstwerk, das Utopie, Wissen, Ausdruck und Vernetzung sichtbar macht. Es entsteht ein visuell-emotionales Archiv kollektiven Handelns – eine Momentaufnahme einer utopischen Stadt der Mitbestimmung. Eine Fläche der Kommunikation, der Gemeinschaft und der Netzwerke.

FeministCityUtopiaPowerCycle – collective, feminist-based, participatory large-format wall/room painting. An abstract building façade becomes a communal canvas: visitors design individual areas, creating an unpredictable work of art that visualises utopia, knowledge, expression and networking. The result is a visual and emotional archive of collective action – a snapshot of a utopian city of participation. A space for communication, community and networking.

„The 39th Chaos Communication Congress (39C3) takes place in Hamburg on 27–30 Dec 2025, and is the 2025 edition of the annual four-day conference on technology, society and utopia organized by the Chaos Computer Club (CCC) and volunteers.
Congress offers lectures and workshops and various events on a multitude of topics including (but not limited to) information technology and generally a critical-creative attitude towards technology and the discussion about the effects of technological advances on society.
Starting in 1984, Congress has been organized by the community and appreciates all kinds of participation. You are encouraged to contribute by volunteering, setting up and hosting hands-on and self-organized events with the other components of your assembly or presenting your own projects to fellow hackers.“
