TFTS, a temporary collective of artists from Germany, Italy and India, swent to southern India in spring 2018 and spent three months travelling around the country by bus, painting as they went. They financed the trip with income from wall painting jobs, such as the mural for the new building of the newspaper TAZ in Berlin-Mitte. The money was used to pay paint and materials on the trip, as well for spontaneous fellow travellers or people who joined them in India, regardless of whether they had worked on the commissioned works. A film and a book project about the trip are in the planning.

Die Gruppe TFTS, ein temporärer Zusammenschluss von Künstler*innen aus Deutschland, Italien und Indien, machte sich im Frühjahr 2018 auf den Weg nach Süd-Indien und fuhr drei Monate mit dem Bus malend durch das Land. Finanziert haben sie es mit den Einnahmen aus gemeinsamen Auftragsarbeiten, wie z.B. der Wandgestaltung des Neubaus der Tageszeitung taz in Berlin-Mitte. Von dem Geld wurden Farbe und Materialkosten vor Ort bezahlt, auch für spontan Mitreisende oder Menschen, die in Indien dazustießen, unabhängig davon, ob sie an dem Auftrag mitgearbeitet hatten. Ein Film und ein Buch-Projekt über die Reise sind in Planung.
